About the Journal

The biannual journal publishes up-to-date – mainly practical – research results in the fields of agricultural, horticultural and forestry engineering, as well as ecology, agriculture and Industry 4.0, automation, robotics, food technology and transport. The journal is indexed in international bibliographic databases.

The journal, published continuously since 1954 (until 2001 as "Prace Przemysłowego Instytut Maszyn Rolniczych"), is currently issued in English, in electronic form, in open access (Open Access) under the CC-BY 4.0 licence. For publishing an article in the journal, the author receives 20 points according to the current list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences of the Ministry of National Education, in which the following disciplines are assigned to the biannual journal: chemical engineering, forest sciences, agriculture and horticulture, food technology and nutrition.
